I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. the location couldn't be better - it's close to all the major tourist attractions and public transport. Secondly, the rooms were modern and clean, with some even offering a nice view of the city. Lastly, I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the well-equipped kitchen and the balcony in some rooms. it was great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome, room and facilities. Exceptionally clean with great coffee machine and nearby supermarket. Found a buzzing restaurant for delicious pizza. Great stay!

Spacious and bright room. Convenient location near BNL Internazionali courts and tram stops. Nice residential area with local restaurants. Cute and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Coffee and tea available. Easy access to Carrefour supermarket. Good restaurant options nearby.

The location of the guest house is very convenient, as it is close to tram stops and public transport, allowing easy access to the main sites in the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer great views. The common kitchen area is well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and tea, providing guests with the option to make their own coffee. The cleanliness of the rooms and en-suite bathrooms is exceptional, and the rooms are cleaned daily.
Some guests mentioned that the guest house can be noisy at times, as it is located next to the check-in office and the lobby, resulting in guests being able to hear people coming and going, as well as phone calls.
